Despite our disillusionment of what the Farmer's Market in Houston was about, we still had a great time taking photos. We got a lot of dirty looks and questioning stares. Some people I asked before shooting photographs in their booth because I felt the hard stare was almost demanding money for their "prize" fruits or vegetables. I also couldn't help myself with the orchids and beautiful flowers and wanted to buy them all to hang outside my windows so I would have an amazing view. That thought quickly dissipated as I saw the price tag; but the gentleman was more than happy to answer our questions about orchids and how to care for them and let us take photos. We're tempted to go back and purchase some honeycomb, too. But we're enjoying our honey bear for now. :) These were some of my favorites from the market. Makes me want to go out again this weekend!

Wow you have such talent, beautiful pics! How creative too!
Farmers' Markets are so much fun! We go to one that they have here in St. George almost every Saturday. My sister-in-law sells jewelry there that she makes, so we like to go say hi to her and wander around and play with our nephew and giggle over his antics.
I love that first flower picture you took! It is so delicate!
