We threw on the 185mm macro lens and decided to play with that for this week's photo. Amidst all the rain and overcast days we've had lately, we both went for the vibrant red and green for a splash of color! Choose Flowers or Car. Vote now for Week 12!!! Oh, my word! Those are BOTH marvelous! Although I am ALL about flowers, I think I might have to sway towards the car since it is just so totally random, fun and quirky. I love the bright reds though for these two photos. What fun!!
The car is totally out of my normal likes... but it totally made me laugh so it gets the vote. It's that stupid grin that did it! Sorry Dayna... I do think the flowers are glorious and a super great shot...
Both were great, but when I saw the car in plant, it made me laugh! Reminded me of something you might see in an animated movie. Dayna, is Conor still getting Happy Meals? (it may take more than one to fill up that big boy!)
Good use of depth of field in the flower shot! I liked the car shot but it reminded me too much of my own yard and toys left behind by children...Grrr! =]
